The NCAA slammed Penn State with a $60 million fine, a minimum four-year ban on post season play and the loss of coach Joe Paterno's victories from 1998-2011 -- all the result of the Jerry Sandusky child sex-abuse scandal. 

Are the NCAA penalties against Penn State sufficient for the crime?
