Legal experts say that Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta WorldPeace -- formerly known as Ron Artest -- is no more likely to face criminal charges for a vicious elbow to an opponent's head than the throng of NHL players who have dished out a spate of vicious concussion-causing hits in the league playoffs.
